Our work entails research, analysis, consultancy and relevant actions aiming to bridge the gap between the numerous needs of the differentiated stakeholders within tech-based working environments and the highly digitalised world we live in. Our approach takes into consideration the various social markers such as; gender, sex, sexual orientation, cultural background, dis/abilities and so on, and places them in the forefront so we can generate tailor made strategies to optimise human-machine coexistence and ultimately gain from both human and machine full potential.
An important part of our services is the delivery of targeted capacity building, as well as the engagement in awareness raising activities related to the importance of acknowledging the social aspects when dealing with tech-based products-services. It has been widely accepted in the tech world that social analysis is essential in delivering effective and sustainable solutions.
